QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:

Q: Most of the ones I see are plastic, what’s the advantage of the stainless steel ones?
A: The rubber or plastic models are harder to clean and collect bacteria so overtime it becomes black and moldy. On the other hand, the stainless-steel ones don’t.

Q: I have a flat cover over my drain. What do I do?
A: You can easily unscrew those and pop them out.

Q: I used a similar one and it made my tub fill up with water, will this happen?
A: This hair catcher is an upgraded model which is designed to allow proper water flow, so your tub wont fill with water.

Q: Is it universal, will it fit my drain?
A: Our model comes with two drainer catchers with different rubber ring sizes for each, so fitting this to your tub or sink won’t be a problem.
